Flowering tomato plant!

Not in itself a bad thing.. my Tumbling Tom's (all 5 of them) are flowering! But they're still quite small (I'm assuming). Should I nip off the buds to encourage more growth? Or pop them outside for pollination? My plan was to wait until roots started showing out the bottom of the pots, then stick them in hanging baskets outside. Likely a few more weeks at least.. Sorry for the basic question..

Interested in this because I noticed flower buds on one of my tomatoes and it’s really small too.

Put them outside,somewhere like against a wall so the wind doesn’t bend them or knock them over,but bring them back inside at around 7pm when it gets cold. This is hardening up the plants ready for planting out.
Edit - I’ve never taken any flowers off tomato plants,leave them on there. Tumbling tom & some others (Annie yours might be) are small bush varieties & aren’t as tall as cordon varieties.

I'd leave the flowers on but up the feeding a bit. They will self-pollinate if given a bit of a shake.

If you are planting in a basket, I'd get them moved in to that now. As Jane said, they also need to be hardened off so the basket should be moved outside during the day and back at night, unless you have a cold-frame or similar, where they can be put as a half-way house.
