Butter? I was watching Heston Blumenthal t'other night, and he was talking about how the real Indian Tikka seemed to be more like Butter chicken we have here.
Ours were called, garlic(white one) chilli(deep browny red) pepper(black) ginger(ginger and white) ducks were called rosemary(runner) elsie(already named) plum (khaki campbell) orange (khaki campbell with very orange bill and feet)also in the running were tikka, lemon, taragon
