    My neighbour ( end of terrace so bigger garden ) used to have chickens and a cockeral and I loved them.I used to chicken sit ( try saying that when you've had a few!) when they went away and loved hearing Sam crow in the mornings.It was these chickens that now make me want some of my own, but lack of space and 2 naughty dogs make it a big no-no.
    If your neighbours are anything like me Raine you may find you start a trend. Good luck. I am green with envy. Roll on the lottery win.
    Do it! Life's too short

        If you have a restrictive covenant that says no chickens, then no chickens are allowed.
        (My OH checked first - he's into property law)
        You are a child of the universe,
        no less than the trees and the stars;
        you have a right to be here.
