You can freeze them too, just separate the white and the yolk and freeze them in ice cube trays.

My young lad sells then £1 for 6, he's making a great little business out of it. I think he have the taste for money as he's wanting to expand and get more hens..... oh well who am I to question, more hens it is.

As a previous post says, you can sell them direct and the laws don't come into play unless you sell something like 30 dozen per week (I think), then you would have to grade them.
