mixing hybrids to ex bats ?

As i can't get hold of ex bats I'm getting some hybrids tomorrow or monday . I would still like to save some ex bat hens in a fuw weeks/months but will they be OK with my free range hens ? or get picked on to death :/

They may be feeling a bit fragile at first and may not have the strength or be bothered to stand up for themselves. Is it possible to divide your run so the exbats can see/hear your hybrids but they won't actually be able to get at each other?
That way each group of birds can start getting used to each other but won't be able to scrap until the ex-bats are more up for it. The two flocks can then be integrated later.
