hi again one of my girls laid her first egg yesterday and i was a bit worried as one hen seemed to be spending most of the day lying down but no problems she got up late afternoon and went quite happily digging for bugs in my sons old veggie plot then late afternoon the girls all went in there house on there own and low and behold yet another egg was laid so they seem to have settled in well my son says the eggs are great much better than supermarket eggs

can't beat fresh eggs from your own chickens
