Chicken just doesn't seem right

Two of my chickens are sitting with chicks just now, which is leaving the last chicken, with both cockerals.
We had noticed she was going a bit bald where the cocks 'grab' her (back of the neck) but thought she was just getting a bit too much 'attention'
OH picked her up the other day, and she had poo stuck around her behind, and when we lifted her wings there were one or two little scabs.
Other than that, she seems well, appears to be eating and drinking, and is pottering about the garden with the two cockerals.
Is there anything we should be doing?

Have you checked for lice/red mites?
Lice congregate under wings and around vents, red mites I think if you wipe white kitchen towel under the perch at night and it comes away red (from blood!) you've got them.
I have seen 'saddles' for sale to protect hens from too much loving! Or you could seperate the cocks if possible?
