its the best thing i did was to get my hens i had nine and they were a mess when i firsst got them . They lay about 7 eggs a day and 2 on there off day i feed them on pellets and greens from the garden . They love raddish if i chuck just one in the pen its so funny watching them run and chase the one that has it . I also let them out now on the plot which they love , Still have to watch them round the veg but im sure they will love it in the winter when im digging and some warms pop up lol
Im looking at getting a couple of turkeys next

If you keep turkeys where there are chickens, you have to provide medicated feed. Chickens often 'carry' blackhead, which is a serious problem for turkeys.
Remember, a chicken may look 'not very clever', until you meet a turkey..........
DON'T try looking a turkey in the eye. You find yourself seeking for a spark of intelligence, and it ISN'T THERE, so you may get sucked into the void........Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.

Good Luck with getting it done very quick!I often dig up little bits in their run & they really have no intelligence when it comes to H&S around someone with a spade!!LOL I'll have a couple on the spade,Another couple on the bit I'm about to turn&then some more waiting to be buried!!~O.K when you're just turning over a few little bits but can't imagine attempting to dig a whole plot with their help!!P'raps I'll give it a go!!the fates lead him who will;him who won't they drag.
Happiness is not having what you want, but wanting what you have.xx
