  • YES!! YES!! YES!! first two eggs today

    hi all

my first two eggs were waiting for me this morning. what a feeling!! one egg was slightly pecked so i opened it to find beautiful yellow yolk. the other one is sitting proudly in egg cup so i can show everyone!! it's not so much the eggs for me its the fact that it must be a sign they are happy!!

should they keep laying now that they have started? does anyone out there know?? I have had them exactly 10 days now.

Now they've started, they'll carry on. Might not get one every day especially as the days are shorter, but it's great getting them isn't it
My girls found their way into my heart and now they nest there

Cool!!Enjoy them very much!!They should now carry on,but as the daylight hours are shortening & the weather becomes less favourable, they may slow down a little,so don't panic if you don't get too many!!
