its all going wrong - disaster

Our cats are so far down the pecking order they now run away from the chickens! And they thought they were big, brave hunters and killers of birds. How times change, how humiliating!
I think it's because when I open the back door to let the cats out the chickens think I'm coming out with food for them so all run in a flapping flock towards the cat which has just emerged...cat is terrified as he thinks he's living his nightmare...

They'll soon include the cat in the pecking order - and he'll be surprised how far down it he is!
