Oh my - it's that time already?? They're due this Friday? I can't believe it's come around so quickly - it seems like only yesterday when you had the eggs and incu delivered! How time flies....
Can't wait to see the babies though. Have you got their house finished yet???

errrr nope the house isn't ready yet lol ...... it's been cold ..... and they'll be indoors for ages anyway, (only got the roof to put on, door to make and lining to do, which shouldn't take long) as it's horrid out there ....... i have made the brooder today though, all set up, plastic box, with a hole cut out of the roof, with a wire rack on top i just nicked from the kitchen (will be annoyed next time i make cakes and can't find it
got the heat lamp sorted, and it'll be all snug for them, will get food tomorrow, and just waiting for the web cam to arrive ....... the towels are all in the airing cupboard, the kettle's on permanent boil, more bits chopped off my old dressing gown, marbles in the water, ...... will put nappies on the list for tomorrow
got a baby travel cot/playpen arriving at weekend, for when they are a bit bigger, courtesy of someone off freecycle, will sort out a cover for the top so the cats can't get in when that arrives.
and i can't think of anything else ....... though i'm bound to have forgotten something, i'm all a dither.....
oh yeah, did one last candling today ....... there are definitely 5 ..... hopefully they are all still alive, and fingers crossed at least one hatches, or i'll be gutted ....... haven't heard any cheeping yet though ..... but i've been talking to them lots telling them not to be scared, and to hurry out for mummy

Friday morning's not actually too good for me either!!I'll be home by lunchtime tho!....but only 'til about 2:00 so if you could try & time it to coincide with that would be great!!
