OOO i just remembered. Comet phoned earlier and the parts for my cooker haven't turned up yet so the guy isn't coming tomorrow, another week without an oven it seems,never mind that means i can stay up late and watch chikkies with you.

yep, its knit 1 , cluck 1 , slip cluck over, cast off , dip, and dry.
I have 3 pairs done now.

might have trouble with the hats, can't find a circular needle small enough.

I cant believe I have only just found this thread! You are all barking cluckers quakers and barmy. Just had to explain to hubby that I was giggling at the thought of a chick in a barbie hat. He gave me a very strange look and asked if the entire forum was mad?
Just need to convince him now to get chicks, cos hes having none of it

actually i'm now feeling really tired, and not too well, so think i might crash, cos as they are due tomorrow knowing my luck i'll be up all night then too ...... i'm gonna take the incubator and the laptop to bed, and if i hear anything during the night, i'll get the camera out
