      • Hells bells, I was so sure you would have some little ones this morning.

Take care and get some sleep, it could be another long night.

        • You can't get anymore eggs for at least a year!! You're tiring me out with it all...and they're not even my eggs.

Why you didn't just go buy some P.O.L I'll never know!! Most people start with P.O.L then when they have experience go for the egg route - trust you Lynda!!

Anyway, this baby BETTER come today!!

I love to talk about nothing. It's the only thing I know anything about!!

          • wellllll if id had somewhere near here that actually had any bloody chickens i'd have gone and got some, ...... i only got the new eggs, cos i figured the others hadn't hatched cos of the temperature, and and i sorted that now .... and i was worried about only having one baby ...... didn't want her to be lonely ..... i promise no more eggs after this lot ...... it's turning out that these will be very expensive chicks lol ..... and my nerves can't take any more ...... i might just get another rabbit instead

anyway, i think theres something not right, theres little blobs all over the egg now ....... i haven't read anywhere that this is a sign of iminent hatching ....... so i don't know what to do ...... the other egg isn't leaking helpppppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!

            • Are you sure it's an egg?

Maybe your son has put a christmas tree bauble in there to confuse you!

                          • Have you tried Creag Mhor Poultry at Nantwich? Had 3 youngsters from him in September and 2 are laying now. He is still advertising POL in our local paper. I guess it depends how "ish" you are to Manchester! There's also another one at Tarporley advertising but haven't got name or number for them till paper comes on Friday. Creag Mhor has a web site Creag Mhor Poultry

                              • My three favs fit in the small cat box easily - and they are big birds...even at 14 weeks.
