  • Chuck forums...

I am going to research as much as poss over the next week about chucks as we are collecting ours next weekend!!!

Can you please tell me which forums peeps tend to return to as I'd like to tie in with peeps on here. ( someone's going to have to put up with me and my sense of humour)

I've looked at a few already but would kick myself if I'm the only GYO member on a chuck forum which isn't as brill as this forum is!
Do you all use the same name as on here???

I'm on Practical Poultry and Poultrychat. The PP is very informative but there are lots and lots of forum members and I found that quite intimidating at first so I didn't post much there to begin with. It's still got a massive amount of info there so that might be your first point of call for reference stuff. The PC is a much smaller community, no less experienced than the PP but much chattier - very easy for first-time chicken keepers to get sensible answers to questions. They have a tendency to go off topic a lot but they are really good at encouraging newbies.

I'm on poultry chat too. Don't post much as I haven't got hens yet but I take my research seriously. I use a different name!

I love to talk about nothing. It's the only thing I know anything about!!
