favourite egg cup????

I've just realised we haven't got any eggcups and have two chooks at point of lay
Time to go shopping me thinks!

( in case you're wondering , we've been using shot glasses)

What's your favourite egg cup like?? (As a kid I recall having a pink elephant one.)

I have one like yours Maureen - in blue - and one with an incised face. It came with a chocolate egg years ago I seem to remember. Just bought a pair with a hen on one and a cockerel on the other (to be ready for when we get eggs - which won't be for ages - still not built the henhouse!)

Hi, i've seen some lovely egg cups on the omlet site,also they sell an egg skelter which looks nice and also makes sure that you use your eggs in the order in which they were laid.

my egg cup has humpty dumpty on it!

My egg cups are Delft in blue and white with little wind-mills on them.

We have wooden eggcups with our names pyrographed on them - I think the smaller eggs laid by two of our girls (Puff lays a huge egg) will disappear to the bottom of them though

Mine have little animals on them but never eat boiled eggs anyway now cos I can't peel the shells off as too fresh. Always have poached, fried or scambled. I must say I miss dipping my soldiers.
