  • paronoid-me?

was just trolling through the posts when i found one about red mites living on dogs. Can they live on cats? I have two who i know are going to be constantlywith the chickens and (this is the paronoid bit!) i'm worried that they might bring tem into our WOODEN cottage.Having heard how hard they are toget rid of a them in a coop i don't fancy my chances! Any thoughts chaps?

I would have thought that if you Frontlined your cats you'd be OK.
    Just a guess though.

I think there is something similar- but then you can't eat the eggs for a few weeks
