        That's amazing!! I'm going to try that tomorrow - for sure!!!

        I've never noticed that their head stays stationary, but I'll look out for it now.

                Well, yes, I know most birds do that. Ever watched a kestrel hovering? The whole point to the hover is so the head stays still. It's easier to watch happening when you play around with a chicken<g>
                PS, yes it is very funny too...

                        Ok, I've just tried it on each one of the girls. Henrietta's head just moves around like a floppy thing - but she's forever trying to lean in to you to get a cuddle, so maybe that's why. Gwendolyn's head is hilarious when you do the up down thing - she looks like a nodding chicken. Euphemia is fab at the side to side thing - what a laugh!!!

                        Not nearly as good as the guy on youtube, but practice makes perfect!! Right?

                          Just tried it on our chicken, but I couldn't find the head. Might try taking the celophane of first next time...

                          Don't know how many of you watched the second video by the same guy (it's the first of the "related videos" on the list), but his daughter is very cute. "Yes maam" - love it.
