Milly my beautiful Welsummer - pts - probably kidney failure
Lilac - one of the ex-batts who were released a month ago. I knew she was ill when I took her but felt she deserved to have a taste of life as it should be. She's dust bathed, flapped her wings, scratted about in the grass, explored the hedges and felt the sun, wind and rain on her back. The peritonitis was just getting worse so was pts this afternoon by our lovely vet Katy.
RIP girls and enjoy all those worms in chooky heaven.
