Concrete covered half of run and rest other half if poss to allow some grass to grow on it (in a bid to combat next winter's mud problems. Concrete to be covered by bark chippings.
Turn dead space to left hand side of shed into extra run space, will give them another 6 square metres.
Get more chooks, fancy 3-4 Black Rocks.Kirsty b xx
