Perhaps I'd better cut the price? I based it on Tescos - 25%

Depends if people are happy to pay £1.50 I suppose. I sold eggs last summer at the boot sale £1 for 6. I tried £1.25 and didn't sell any, so lowered the price to £1 and sold out in minutes.
