Found a great coffee grinder in the 99p shop. Ideal for grinding those baked eggshells. (Can't take credit for the idea as it was Maureen who suggested a coffee grinder)

Mind you, it's an electric one that hadn't been used for years!
My girls found their way into my heart and now they nest there -
I use the end of my rolling pin...but shall keep my eyes peled for a cheap coffee grinder...possibly less messy?!the fates lead him who will;him who won't they drag.

I had been on the lookout since Maureen said that was what she used. This one is really nice. Not electric but has a metal mechanism (looks like brass) and a white china pot under to catch the bits. There's no mess and the ground eggshells are fine enough to put in porridge. I can't believe it was only 99p. I bet it was sold on a shopping channel originally for much more.Comment
