Size of eggs?

My gorgeous girls have been ab fab over the winter so far, I'm getting 2-3 eggs out of 3 every day, the only thing that seems to upset them is if its very stormy.
The eggs themselves have been so tasty and lovely and seem to me to be enormous, yesterday one weighed 75g (is it sad that I weigh them?).
Anyhows I was wondering if anyone know the weight/size classification of eggs?

Jumbo 30 oz.., Extra Large 27 oz., Large 24 oz., Medium 21 oz., Small 18 oz. and Peewee 15 oz....per Dozen

-it's American- so I don't know if they classify them differently??

I'd have thought they'd have called the 30 one small....

I weigh my eggs too - 75g is a lovely big size. I've had one that was nearly 100g - don't know exactly because my kitchen scales only measure to 25g increments... actually I'm thinking of getting a small digital scales so I can start keeping better records...

21oz is close to 600g, so that would be about 50g per egg. Can't work out the rest without a calculator (I find it easier the other way), but it gives a starting point for consideration. It won't be the same as Europe.
