    There wouldn't really be enough room to section off the run. I shall cetainly make sure they get fresh greens though.

      What you need on a soil-floored run depends largely on soil type. If you have clay, it WILL be muddy whatever you do.........
      Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.

          On any clayish base, I would reckon that (or something equally 'total') as the only effective answer. On sand you may get away with other, less drastic, approaches.
          Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
