Little yellow chick was hobbling about a bit and pecking at it's foot- and I thought it had something stuck to it....but on closer inspection it's clearly bruised
..mum must have been a bit eager at scratching around
So- I need to keep a close eye on it.
I'm a bit worried that if the chick keeps on pecking at itself it'll open up a wound.
Do you think it's OK to put purple spray on a chick so tiny....non of the other chooks are bothering with it- and mum's not noticed- yet.I'm just worried about it ingesting chemicals
.....what would you do?????
