Someone on another thread reckoned they have 9 lives. I'm sure it must be true! Well done for your resuscitation skills !Last edited by Flummery; 02-03-2009, 07:31 PM.Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.

Well done Nicos, that little one certainly has used up at least 1 of its lives. I hope I never have to do any "paramedicing" on any of mine, but if I do, this will be the first thread I go to for advice!Last edited by MaureenHall; 02-03-2009, 09:41 PM.My girls found their way into my heart and now they nest there

(((hugs)))) and a huge pot of coffee(with a wee bit in it) - the little extra bit is 'cause you sound like you need it! I think you're right to try and get the mums to do it themselves but sure is harsh on the ol' heart strings.... Hope that you're outa the woods so to speak and that things improve from here on out! Congrats on your revival success rates though!Never test the depth of the water with both feet

Oh dear, very sad and sorry to read that news Nicos, well done for trying though.
I suspect from now on your broody hens will be chucked off the nest unceremoniously unless it is warm weather?Last edited by shirlthegirl43; 05-03-2009, 06:18 PM.Happy Gardening,
