Fridge or not...

I got an egg-skelter on eBay so I can keep them in date order. I keep them on the kitchen worktop so I can look at them! My parents get as many as they want, usually a dozen or more a week, and the surplus get sold by OH at work. Visiting friends/relatives usually go home with half a dozen too.

I keep mine in the fridge 'cos the kitchen is too warm and I haven't got a larder. I used to just put the older ones in the front and freshest at the back but OH keeps taking them from the wrong place, so now I have to date them with a pencil. (He thinks he's in the supermarket and has to take from the back to get the freshest.)
