      I was going to say nooooooooo, don't do it. But I was ploughing through the thread of when you hatched the last lot yesterday, just to show OH pics of Coco and Elvis when they were fwuffy ickle chicks and... not sure I could resist either.
      Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.

          Much better to do it this time of year when they can be outside sooner, than in the middle of winter...?! And you won't be so freaked if you get boys if they haven't grown up in your living room

                Did the same thing last night on ebay yet placed a 2 pound max bid on 12 LS eggs thinking i wouldnt win ..... Now having to look for more eggs just to fill up the incubator :/

                    I'll tell you what baby turkeys tend to do, they DIE! Turkeys are great at dieing, especially when you have spent money on saving them from... whatever mishaps they can find. There is just one thing turkeys do MUCH better than chooks, and that is find stupid things to do (often fatally).
                    Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.

                          My experience of turkeys is a lot less than that of commerical growers, but probably a fair bit more than most amateur chook keepers.
                          Turkeys are remarkably stupid, except in ways of dieing!

                                just spent out on new testing gear ...my old temp meter was out by 2 c and humid meter was out by 20 % >.< Hope this new lot hatch rate is better still as i said before lynda your to blame for getting me addicted to it.
                                I went to the police about you ! but they tell me pushing poultry addiction isnt a crime ( im not sure )
