Sorry to hear of your loss Matthew, it is a shame when other spoil it for us.
Wonder if there is any ruling about buying your own piece of land and keeping your chooks there? You could even turn it into your own allotments, that would be one in the eye for the local council.
I dunno what the rules are, so please don't bash me down.

I also had the police knock on the door to day within 20 minutes of having a chat with one of the people involved. The bill laughed at the fact they were called out over an petty argument about a cockerel. It is not a police matter and in fact the individual was wasting police time! Yet more council tax wasted…All vehicles now running 100% biodiesel...
