We took Daphne to school!

and she was a model pupil - bok bokked at all the children who took it in turns to stroke her and were all very gentle and quiet (and they are only in Reception!)
My son told them all about how we care for her and the children listened nicely.
And she managed not to poo anywhere!

The funniest thing was when my son asked how we were going to take her there and I said 'in a saucepan' OH then said 'yes with potatoes and onions'
The my son said, 'no don't do that because I won't be able to eat her then as you know I don't like onions!'

Dapne is now back with her friends, hopefully showing no ill-effects of her day out

That's a lovely story, the littlelees will remember that and store it in their memory for those 'Do you remember when ?'......moments.Kids just love animals and many don't get that hands on experience, well done you I'm glad it went well.
