They learn so quickly don't they? Six weeks ago, mine spent two days 'helping' in the veg garden. Now as soon as I go into the veg garden they line up at the fence and yell at me.
They also run up to the corner of their run and shout for their evening corn whenever I go out the back door, even if it's only mid afternoon. They don't do it in the morning though - who says they're stupid? All the best - Glutton 4 Punishment

lol i went into the kitchen to make their tea before,` and they had finally moved to the bottom of the garden, been on back step all day ... anyway i'd only walked in, no noise nothing, next thing phoenix must have spotted me as she came charging up the garden, legs going like something out of a cartoon, wings out and beak open squeaking in excitement , the other 2 flying along behind ....
made their tea and went to go out and phoenix was stood on the windowsill trying to use the window the cats use as a cat flap ..... awwwwww so thats why i bother letting them out
anyway me and sarz are not gonna buy any chooks when we go to the poultry auction on 30th, cos it might be a bit dodgy taking them on the train *nods*Last edited by lynda66; 03-05-2009, 09:10 PM.
