She will only walk as much as a limp allows her. Some ex-bats arrive with a limp as they have pulled sommat while being dragged from the cage. It akes a week or two but they get better. I have a lot of small pieces of broken slate in one area where my chooks free range- I keep taking pieces out as they appear from below soil level- but I still keep an eye open in case they cut themselves.
