No. I couldn't keep a hen in a little space like that. I know it's luxury beside what the battery hens have but if I couldn't give them a proper life free ranging most of the time then I wouldn't keep them. That's why I don't have any.

It's not mine. I wanted it, but chooks of ANY kind are out for us. We go away too often.
I do not believe red kits would attack chicks that were with Mum (if at all, they aren't really hunters of birds). Buzzards maybe, but that is the point to a broody run until they are big enough to deter huntersFlowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
