Never having hatched out Bantams, I'm sure I've heard that they can start hatching from day 19, so yes, it's possible you saw one of the eggs move. In fact, I bet little one is either already out of its shell, or making a damned good try to get out Keep us posted

i have seen chicks kick their legs when candled at day 19 so i wouldnt be surprised. Watching them move in the shell can be very weird!

What bantams are they as some breeds do hatch earlier than others. Pekins tend to stick to the 21 days.

I have seen eggs "wobble" from day 18 onwards, both bantam and large fowl. It is the chick turning itself into position. They don't necessarily come off any earlier though. Some are just more active than others.

Never hatched bantams but I do know they hatch a couple of days earlier than large fowl. Sounds like you're going to be a mum/dad soon!
