        Ours have...

Ours have cut back a lot in egg production. We went from 4-5 a day to 1 a day if we were lucky.

Yesterday, we had 4, so I think we are heading back upwards, though I fear last nights thunderstorm may have reverse the trend, cos only 1 so far today!

my ex-bats have slowed down a little recently too? It sort of conincided with the onset of the stormy weather so i assumed it was related. That said they are picking up again now i think, though im sure one is not laying at all?

I have one Magpie gone broody, the other seven (Black Rocks and Specky's) are laying between 1 and 4 eggs between them each day.

They are all this years chooks three are still quite young though.

              Hope they pick up soon.
