  • Mavis hatched 4 chicks!

These hatched on Monday, but I haven't got round to popping on the Vine!

We have 4 in total, but only 3 were hatched when I took the picture.

8 chicks in total now over two girls...lets hope they are ALL girls! (if not, anyone want a lovely Araucana cockerel, or two - will travel! )

Depends on the breed...if you're lucky (and clever) you'll buy a sex linked breed. But, I wanted araucanas...so just have to wait and see. They are notoriously hard to sex though!
