Quick Q re egg showing

We're thinking of showing some eggs at one of the shows in August, however are a bit bamboozled by the programme....

What is a 'Supreme'?

The categories are large egg, waterfowl, then supreme large, supreme bantam, supreme waterfowl.... we're a bit confused!

I've just entered some of mine at the local agricultural show for September, the classes are simply 3 eggs of; Brown, White, Tinted or 'Any Other Colour' and all those have a large fowl and a bantam section. Then there is a contents class where they break open one egg and judge on things such as yolk colour. Haven't a clue what supreme is.

We can only think of with the dog racing where if you win your class you go through to supreme. That may be it?
