My daughter has four 3 week old chicks , they are under heat lamp and 3 are thriving. one is smaller than the others, looks off colour, sneezing, sleeping lots. Droppings look normal. Does anyone know of something we can give her to make her better?

Having a smaller one is not usually cause for concern as there is always a smaller one in the group!
The sneezing could be down to what you are keeping them on - I had 1 once who didn't do so well on sawdust, shes fine now though. But then again it may not be.
without actualy seeing the bird for ourselves it is difficult to tell, if it is eating and drinking fine the they are usually ok. But there is not really much you can give to a chick this size without getting antibiotics for in the water, and then due to their size its not usually effective. Its just life - sorry!
