Someone's getting broody over here too. Erm..... that would be me
Now we're down to three, we've got room for another two, and it would make sense to introduce them in the summer whilst we can spend some time with them. Got to be ex-batts, though, anyone know of a rescue happening soonish?

BHWT Coventry has one on 30th August, but I think they had one last weekend too. It might be worthwhile giving Ian and Mollie a ring to see if they've got an "left overs" (that's if Coventry is get-at-able for you)
ps, you can tell them I sent you if you likeLast edited by MaureenHall; 04-08-2009, 10:10 AM.My girls found their way into my heart and now they nest there

Fabby, thanks Mo and Sue.
I can't find Coventry on the BHWT contact page, does anyone have the number?

If you go to the contacts page Find your nearest Battery Hen Welfare Trust rescue coordinator and send them an email. Ian and Mollie are really good at getting back to you quickly (Hayley B will back me up on this!) There's also an email link on The next hen rescue date - Battery Hen Welfare Trust (last on the list, West Midlands)My girls found their way into my heart and now they nest there
