                  Lovely girls,you'll really enjoy them.Nothing will get done now, you know that don't you?! They are far too entertaining.How old are they? They look quite young. Any names?

                    Their combs are about as big as mine were at 17 weeks. Depending on the breed you could have 2 weeks if lucky till eggs (or longer if not!) - that helped didn't it?

                      Hi lettuce, yes I have been watching them, so entertaining. Warrens are 17 weeks, white star 14, others around 16 weeks

                        Hi Flum, Warrens are 17 weeks, about a week behind for the others apart from white star at 14

                          Names are Daisy & Betty (Warrens) Gladys (Rhode Rock) Ruby (Speckled) Lulu (White Star) and Doris (Bluebell)

                            Don't hold your breath waiting for eggs from Doris MrsC, I think only 3 of my 4 Bluebelles are laying, only started a couple of weeks ago and they're nearly 27 weeks old now
