Is a Rock Sussex not a hybrid of a Sussex with a Barred Plymouth Rock?

I think a Barred Plymouth Rock crossed with a Rhode Island Red gives you a Black Rock hybrid!

Won't let me upload pics on here, managed one in my albums, but not with the new girls. Will try 2moro!

I put the 2 new ones in mid afternoon, a few challenges between the girls, but soon settled, did distract them with plenty of corn and dandelion leaves. Just been out and they all took themselves in and are snuggled up

Must admit I did just chuck them in and let them sort it between themselves. Maybe comes from having too many other animals in the past

I must be the only person who's sticking with my 4 and not hankering after more. I love these 4 little feathing creatures - and I can count 4 heads (or tails!) easily when they're out and I'm checking on them. Don't really need more. And I don't want to hatch chickies becasue I don't want to deal with cockerals. I'm happy as I am!
