The first is always exciting 3 of ours laid 'the first egg' - they all laid on the same day and we were out! Found 3 on our return.
By the way - every morning is exciting!Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.

It's like finding treasure every morning. Even when they've been in lay for a while you don't know how many you'll get, there are good egg days and bad egg days and it's amazing how something so simple can really cheer you up.Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.
