I am sooooo excited!!!!!!

I cannot wait! this weekend we are going off to collect a few Black Rock chickens!! point of lay
I am sooo happy, they will fit in nicely with our group of warrens,rhode island reds,light sussex,barred plymouth rock and auracona's
But i am really struggling with names at the minute
I would like a few unusual names but ones that will suit their breed and colour(black with an orange tinge)
anyone any good ideas????

hello great names, i have come up with the wierd name of...Barnstonworth(Barnee for short)out of my favourite program 'Ripping Yarns'.I know,very wierd indead
I like the name Jaffa i am not sure how many chooks we are getting,I will let my dad surprise me

When I fancied Black Rocks I had names like Jet and Onyx lined up - I like rocks! Also Dusk, Dark, Dimity, Twilight - 'darkness' names.

for your backrocks,how about copper and bronze for two of them,we called ours after their temperaments,one never stops moaning.so she is ..moaning..minnie,the other is franetic and totally insane,so she is ...dizzy...lizzie,both very driven, but oh so entertaining,they beat the so called comedians when it comes to bringing a smile to your face,good luck with yours ,you will love them.
