Pecking order

i bought 3 bantams at the same time (from the same pen), 2 of the hens pick on one(Black Rock) they occasional peck and chase it as it goes past, his the most nervous with the 2 hens but the friendliest towards us (feeding out of our hand, only had them 2 days)

my question, will this slowly stop as they settle in?

any tips

They will settle on a pecking order and the one at the bottom will still get pecked at but it will settle into reminders of place rather than out and out bullying (usually)
