Don't worry they have a habit of jumping into the boot of your car and hiding when you're not looking!

Theyre gorgeous, love the names. But you're going to feel so silly going out to call them in, I should know.

I know Sue just like last time we both went to look and those nasty little pekins just jumped into the boot of my car and we were nearly home by the time we realised they were there

Bit like those naughty "wee brown hens" that smuggled themselves into your car!!

See you tommorw hun (actually glancing at the clock later today )

Suzy they are really lovely bet you are chuffed with them

I wish I had room for some chooks, I've only got a small garden and that's taken up with my veg, plus I think my neighbours would strangle me

I love the fact that they still 'peep peep' rather than bok bok.

The older girls arent too impressed, they keep walking up to the run, fluffing up, tutting and saying 'bah, the youth of today' at them

                            I resisted! I did really!
Jennie where were you? I needed you there to persuade me that the cream legbars were just what I needed! Did you go later or was I having a senior moment? I nearly bought you a little Buff laced bantam wyandotte cockerel! The lady was desperate to sell him and offered hime to everyone for £2!
Polly - like you I only take the box just in case! I did and guess what NO stray chickens!
I'm really sorry now......................... wonder when the next sale is.............?
