Do you know anyone that works in a school kitchen? They use things called 'grundy' bins which are made from some kind of metal and are for keeping flour, sugar & the like in. They also have wheels and lids and fit 25kg bags in easily, they do have ones that are half the size too.
I managed to wangle myself one of the half-size ones for free... Call it a perk
RT - no its the 40l one you need just looked on the Ikea website - they are the £12.99 ones (gone up in price this year ) the 16l are new and they look cool for storing other bits and bots in like rabbit food, ferret food, hamster food, small amounts of medicated feed (when needed), grit and well you get the point!!!!
