My two youngest boys have just started school again after the holidays and they're both doing cookery, although they are three years apart agewise.
So far they've made danish pastries and quiches. They are very proud to be using our own eggs and the coloured eggs are getting them both lots of attention from the girls in the cookery classes!
Sam's 'friend' Sabrina phoned up in the week and then visited on Sunday so she could meet our chooks. She was captivated with the chooks and Sam was captivated with her! Sabrina went home with half a dozen eggs and Sam is now a hit with Sabrina's mum......cool!
I'd never have thought of the chooks as babe magnets!
