Here's a picture of my 15 week old Minorca. I think she's an Alice, but can anyone tell me if they think (s)he might be an Albert please? I've only got the 1 Minorca, so I've nothing else to compare with

I think she's an Alice! Here's mine a couple of weeks ago! Both Alices as well I hope although one looks decidedly Albert-ish to me!Attached FilesMy Majesty made for him a garden anew in order
to present to him vegetables and all beautiful flowers.- Offerings of Thutmose III to Amon-Ra (1500 BCE)

Not sure, but what lovely birds - all of them!
PS Even if you do call him Albert, you could always change the name to Alberta!Last edited by dexterdoglancashire; 27-09-2009, 09:31 PM.Bernie aka DDL

Phew!!! Thank goodness for that I can't be doing with any more crowing here! I'll have to get a picture of Jenny Grey too (Jersey Giant) and hope she's not a Jeremy Mind you, there's another 6 of those in the incubator, due to hatch towards the end of the week. Big dinners anyone? My girls found their way into my heart and now they nest there

Looks very much like an Alice to me.
Snadger, I think you are right, an Alice and Albert!

How could I have been so silly, absolutely 2 Alices , . But perhaps you could call the larger, dare I say it more masculine looking female Alberta, and a rubber band for his ooops her beak! Just in case you give other Alice ideas

Maureen - def an Alice. Snadger - if they are the same age, Albert and Alice I'd say. My little Pablo grew into a real looker though! Worth hanging onto if you have the space... otherwise, they are on the heavy side for a light breed and you'd get a decent casserole out of him
