Im sure I've seen it on a list of stuff you can give chooks. I give it to mine funnily enough Suechooks usualy when its been whoopsed at asda, we can never get through a big bag fast enough without their help . Theres a lot of asda's finest whoopses that goes through my fridge, or off to the chooks.
Phattaff I have the same problem as you, in the morning I hurl in the feeders and drinkers I've filled the night before, then scoot off to work. So they have to have the full days rations at one go cos they're tucked up asleep when I get home. On days off though they get extra fuss to make up, but I still feed AM only cos its what they're used to. Although they might get a treat at bedtime they are'nt all that bothered.
