Matthew it happened to me with my last lot, and the turner had jammed for three days early on too (Doh) but most of them hatched ok, only one wreckling who didnt make it.
I'm getting excited now, only the longest 11 days in the universe to go before picis

Just done some candling and it seems the air sacs are rather large for 10 days :-( Obviously the humidity is too high.

I think this hatch will be a true cock up!

I have just added some water to the incy but will the chicks be ok?

if air sacs are too big, then humidity is TOO LOW not high as you stated, but you did do the right thing and add more water

Fingers crossed that all hatch well. what are you going to use as a brooder when they hatch? they could be indoors for a while if it turns cold in January?

Wooops! It's been a long day I meant TOO LOW not TOO HIGH

I have a brooder and a heated shed so they'll be ok. Anyway, I guess we'll just see how it goes

            Right-o

They've began peeeeeeping inside their eggs. So I am hoping we'll get a hatch within the next 24 hours!! Seems like it's going to be a sleepless night :-)
