My girlies had thier door frozen shut this morning when I checked them at 7.30. Trotted off for the kettle expecting a rush when it opened and then nothing at all, called and called when eventually 6 heads popped out with a look that said 'yeah, right!' this was as far as they ventured from the hen house all day

I sat on the roof last night with a couple of badminton rackets, batting the dam stuff in your general direction.
